Leaving behind that narcissistic man,
meant breaking free from his toxic plan.
Divorce became the path to take,
A new beginning, a bold escape.
From Indiana's plains, I made my way,
To Idaho's mountains, where I'd stay.
Raising my kids in a healthy place,
Away from the darkness, in a better space.
Surrounded by mountains, majestic and grand,
Tall, stable trees, a comforting stand.
In their shade, I found solace and peace,
A new life, where pain would finally cease.
I left behind the past's heavy load,
to embrace a future, in Idaho's abode.
